Volunteers Recognized for Outstanding Service

On June 22, 2024, Tahlequah Area Habitat for Humanity hosted the first annual Hardhat Luncheon! This event is established to recognize our longstanding volunteers, and to express gratitude for our volunteers' hard work and dedication.

Above: Dr. James A. Lewis was recognized with the inaugural presentation of the Dr. James A. Lewis Outstanding Service Award. The award is dedicated to Dr. Lewis who has been with TAHFH since its inception as part of the original founding board and has provided continual financial and volunteer support.

Above: Also awarded was the Legacy Partner Award, which recognizes individuals and groups whose efforts will make a lasting impact creating a legacy. Recipients of the Legacy Partner Award include Tonya Smith, Jim Chaffin, Jennifer Craver, and Tahlequah Leadership Class 26.
