IN MEMORY

Robert Nunn (1960-2026)

Dear Habitat Friends,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news that Robert Nunn, our Site Supervisor, passed away on the morning of October 15, 2026.

Robert joined us two years ago, and from day one he set the standard for what it means to show up for this mission. He was the first one on the build site each morning, making sure materials and tools were checked and prepped before a single volunteer arrived. Then he spent the day working shoulder-to-shoulder with volunteers and homeowners, on builds and critical repairs alike, overseeing the work and teaching everyone who wanted to learn.

That was Robert as a caretaker in the truest sense. He cared for the tools, he cared for the work, and most of all he cared for the people. He believed that everyone deserves a decent place to live, and he helped make that real with his own two hands, every single day.

Our thoughts are with Robert's family, and with all of you who worked alongside him and came to know his kindness. He will be deeply missed.

We will share details about arrangements and any memorial observances as soon as they are available. In the meantime, please take care of yourselves and each other.

With deepest sympathy,

The TAHFH Team
